[Abstract]
When defining deep-tech startup creation as the process of building rapidly growing companies by leveraging core technologies, it is crucial to adopt a different approach compared to platform-based startups for successful entrepreneurship and growth. While relying on the competitive edge of the founding team’s core technology, it is also essential to identify market customers, understand their pain points, and find solutions to address them. In this lecture, specific strategies will be presented, using case studies, to guide POSTECH researchers on how to grow into global entrepreneurs.
