Abstract

A trustworthy AI is one of the classical challenge of the machine learning field in the view of fairness and safety. Uncertainty estimation is an essential component in robust learning and control tasks for the development of trustworthy AI. In this lecture, we will talk about the four types of incomplete data problems and their solutions with uncertainty estimation methods.
