Deep Learning Applications in Biomedical Imaging
Since 2010, Artificial Intelligence (AI), especially deep learning technology has been developed tremendously. Not only the AI core field, but also the AI application field, which deep learning technology is applied to various research/industrial fields, has achieved remarkable growth. In this seminar, we are going to look into various cases of studies which applied deep learning technology into biomedical images. For example, I would like to introduce nucleus segmentation in optical diffraction tomography images, multi-organ segmentation in computed tomography (CT) images, and generation of brain MRIs.
